高弹性联轴器冲击特性试验研究

摘    要:针对船舶动力系统中典型高弹性联轴器,结合橡胶隔振器的冲击特性研究方法,考虑高弹性联轴器的结构形式和负载情况的特殊性,利用DCS-3000冲击试验台进行了冲击试验研究.建立了高弹联轴器冲击刚度和冲击变形等冲击特性的测试、数据处理和分析方法.得到的高弹联轴器冲击特性及特性参数,可作为传动装置抗冲击设计的参考依据.

Abstract:To study the typical high-elastic coupling in marine power system,impact tests were carried out on DCS-3000 impact test bed.The tests employed the research method of rubber isolation's impact characteristics and considered the special condition of high-elastic coupling,particularly the structure and the load.Through these tests and analysis,the test method,data processing and analysis method of high-elastic coupling's impact characteristics,including impact strength and impact deformation,etc.are confirmed....
