| 摘 要： | 从我国社会救助制度的整体入手,在回顾我国社会救助制度发展历程的基础上,对我国社会救助制度中存在的问题进行系统的分析,指出我国社会救助制度的不足以及引起这些问题的原因,并根据我国的基本国情,提出完善我国社会救助制度建设的建议.
