10kV单母线分段环形接线方式下备自投装置的应用

摘    要:单母线分段环形接线方式在110 kV变电所低压侧的应用逐渐增多.介绍单母线分段环形接线的优点,并以110 kV变电所扩建工程为例,分析10 kV侧单母线分段环形接线方式下的主要运行方式,给出10 kV侧2套备自投的配置方案;分析备自投装置的闭锁条件、负荷联切、动作时间整定等实际应用问题.并针对主变差动保护动作低压侧备自投装置动作时间较长的问题,提出解决方案.对低压侧采用单母线分段环形接线方式的变电所提高供电可靠性具有一定参考价值.

Abstract:The application of sectionalized single-bus ring wiring(SSRW) in 110 kV substation's low voltage side has been increasing in the recent years.The advantages of SSRW are introduced in this paper.The main operation modes of SSRW in a 10 kV system of 110 kV substation are analyzed.The application scheme of two standby power supply automatic switching devices(SPSASD) in the 10 kV system is given.The locking condition,joint load-shedding method and action time settings of SPSASD are analyzed.According to the act...
