| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国大部分区域电网建立了广域监测系统(WAMS),可以满足多方共享同步相量测量单元(PMU)数据的需求,PMU装置的测试与评估已成为亟待解决的难题.建立了PMU装置测试与评估综合系统,包括:测试平台、测试方法和评价体系;提出专门的静态和动态性能测试方法和测试程序;介绍PMU环境适应性测试平台、电磁兼容性能测试平台和性能测试平台;并详细地描述PMU评价方法,给出基于该测试平台的测试实例.
