| 摘 要： | 中职教育较之普通中学、高等教育有其自身的特殊性,学生面临专业学习和就业的双重压力,这就要求中职班主任在班级的教学管理工作中采取相应的措施,以正确引导学生“学会做人,学会做事,学会共处,学会求知”.

| Abstract: | Secondary vocational education is distinctive from middle school education and higher education.Students in secondary vocational schools are facing dual pressure from professional learning and employment,which requires their class supervisors to take relevant measures to guide their students in how to conduct themselves,how to work,how to get along with others and how to learn. |
