木素磺酸钠对铅酸电池负极性能的影响

摘    要:研究了木素磺酸钠对铅酸电池负极容量和高倍率部分荷电状态(HRPSoC)下循环性能的影响.随着木素磺酸钠的含量从0.2%增加到0.6%,电池的初始容量从6.262 Ah增加到6.781 Ah,但HRPSoC时,负极的循环寿命由6 215次减少到4 202次.木素磺酸钠吸附在铅表面阻碍了充电过程,导致充电过程的极化增大.

Abstract:Effect of lignosulfonates on the capacity and cycle performance under high-rate partial-state-of-charge(HRPSoC)of lead-acid battery negative plate was studied.With the content of lignosulfonates increased from 0.2% to 0.6%,the initial capacity of battery increased from 6.262 Ah to 6.781 Ah,but the cycle life of negative under HRPSoC decreased from 6 215 times to 4 202 times.Lignosulfonates adsorbed on the surface of lead impeded charge process,which led the increasing of polarization in charge process.
