AP1000安注箱制造焊接工艺的研究

摘    要:AP1000是第三代压水堆核电技术,安注箱是这种核电机组安全系统中的重要设备.安注箱的本体结构为球形,主要材料为低合金钢,球内表面履有不锈钢材料,在制造和焊接方面有独特的技术要求.依据规范的要求,对安注箱的制造和焊接工艺方案进行了多项设计,并通过各种试验,成功运用于主要零部件制造和焊接,可为类似核电设备的制造提供借鉴.
