深圳市沙头角水厂深度处理工艺研究与设计

摘    要:根据原水低浊、高藻、碱度及硬度偏低的特点,充分利用水厂现有构筑物进行升级改造,通过试验确定采用絮凝沉淀+活性炭滤池+超滤的净水工艺,并预留再矿化工艺。分析了中试系统的处理效果,并对升级改造的活性炭滤池、超滤膜等主要构筑物设计进行了阐述。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of raw water of lower turbidity, higher algae, lower alkalinity and lower hardness, its upgrading and reconstruction were completed making full use of the existing structures in the waterworks. The process of flocculation sedimentation plus activated carbon filter plus uhrafiltration was adopted through the experiments, and the remineralization process was reserved. The treatment effect of pilot system was analyzed and the design of the main structures, such as the upgrading activated carbon filter and ultrafihration membrane was elaborated.
