测定地表水中氨氮影响因素的探讨

摘    要:纳氏试剂分光光度法是测定地表水、饮用水和生活污水中氨氮含量的常用方法,在测定过程中条件变化对检测结果会有一定的影响。本文从地表水测定过程中的实验用水、酒石酸钾钠纯度、采集样品的保存、显色反应时间、酸化样品的pH值、不同属性样品7个方面分析了影响氨氮测定结果的因素。该研究将有助于提高检测精密度和结果准确度。

Abstract:Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry is a common method to determine the ammonia nitrogen content in surface water,drinking water and domestic sewage,and the change of conditions in the determination process has certain influence on the detection results.In this paper,the factors affecting the determination results of ammonia nitrogen were analyzed from the aspects of experimental water,purity of potassium sodium tartrate,preservation of collected samples,color reaction time,pH value of acidified samples and 7 samples with different attributes.This study will help to improve the detection precision and accuracy of results.
