变压器电气故障综合预警系统研究

摘    要:从变压器内部故障的高频电流、振动、噪声以及泄漏电流出发,集成噪音传感器、振动传感器、高频传感器、泄漏电流传感器及配套的处理软件,建立了变压器内部电气故障综合监测和预警系统,实现了变压器局部放电、铁芯多点接地、直流偏磁、谐波负载、附件松动、冷却装置磨损、内部绕组松动以及铁心松动等运行缺陷的有效判别与预警。研究结果表明,设计的预警系统能够在准确识别故障的同时,通过 4G 、 Wi-Fi 通信接口进行数据实时远程传输,能够有效进行变压器内部电气故障的实时在线监测和预警。

Abstract:Starting from the high frequency current , vibration ,noise and leakage current of transformer internal fault , the noise sensor , vibration sensor , high frequency sensor, leakage current sensor and supporting processing software are integrated to establish a comprehensive monitoring and early warning system for transformer internal electrical fault so that the effective discrimination and early warning of operation defects such as partial discharge of transformer , multi-point grounding of iron core , DC magnetic bias , harmonic load , looseness of accessories , wear of cooling device , looseness of internal winding and looseness of iron core are realized.The research results show that the design of early warning system can accurately identify the fault at the same time , through 4G , Wi-Fi communication interface for real-time remote data transmission , and effectively carry out real-time online monitoring and early warning of transformer internal electrical fault.
