摘    要:轨道车分配阀的装配作业是制造过程的关键步骤,为了减少装配作业疲劳程度,提高生产效率,对轨道车分配阀的装配作业过程进行改善.结合生产现场情况,运用HumanCAD平台搭建虚拟装配作业环境;通过对分配阀的装配作业过程仿真,对工人操作进行人机工程分析与评价.所得结果证明了虚拟装配中进行人机问题评估可以准确发现存在的问题,并以...

Abstract:The assembly operation of rail vehicle distribution valve is a key step in manufacturing.The assembly operation of rail vehicle distribution valve was improved to reduce operation fatigue and improve production efficiency.Combined with the situation of production site,the virtual assembly working environment was built by HumanCAD platform;through the assembly process simulation of the distribution valve,the ergonomics analysis and evaluation of the workers’operation were carried out.The results show that the problems in virtual assembly can be accurately found by man-machine problem evaluation,and the optimization scheme was put forward to avoid the problem of bad man-machine assembly in actual production.This method has a significant effect on guiding products design,reducing operation fatigue and improving work efficiency.
