Abstract:As an important equipment in coal mining,the structure of mining hydraulic support is mostly welded by large thin plate,which is a typical thin-walled structure.In the process of long-term use,it is easy to appear the fatigue failure phenomenon of structural deformation or cracking.In view of this problem,taking the shield beam of zy12000/28/64 hydraulic support as the research object,ANSYS Workbench software is used to optimize the shield beam structure of hydraulic support.The theoretical analysis results show that the optimized shield beam has higher structural strength and lighter structural weight,and the structural design is more reasonable.The raw materials of components are also reduced by nearly 29%,which greatly reduces the raw materials and processing costs of the enterprise,verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved method,and provides important theoretical basis for the practical application and optimization of shield beam.
