| 摘 要： | 南水北调东中线一期工程自通水以来,在城市生态补水、地下水压采、水环境改善等方面发挥了巨大生态效益。本文立足于南水北调工程面临的新形势新要求,针对目前南水北调生态效益实际发挥情况,分析了受水城市在发挥生态效益方面存在的问题和不足,并探索了生态效益发挥的方式。

| Abstract: | Since the first phase of the East Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project was put into operation,it has brought great ecological benefits in urban ecological water replenishment,underground water pressure mining and water environment improvement. Based on the new situation and new requirements of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the ecological benefits of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and explores the ways of exerting the ecological benefits. |
