高效杀虫剂吡蚜酮的合成研究及应用

摘    要:以水合肼为起始原料,通过缩合、环合、烷基化、缩合、水解、缩合等六步反应合成了高效杀虫剂吡蚜酮,合成总收率(以水合肼计)为63.3%,原药含量≥95%。

Abstract:Pymetrozine was synthesized with original material hydrazine hydrate through condensation, cyclisation, alkylation, condensation, hydrolysis and condensation. The product was obtained in 63.3% total yield with 95% purity.
