40.5kV真空、SF6断路器运行和选型分析

摘    要:根据2005年国家电网公司故障统计,40.5 kV断路器发生故障146台次,故障率为0.304台次/(百台.年),占故障总数的21.13%,是所有电压等级故障率上升最高、最快的电压等级,比2004年上升176.3%。近两年仅河北南网40.5 kV真空及SF6断路器发生故障共14台次。40.5 kV开关设备由于特殊原因,在运行中出现了很多问题,这些问题有设计方面的因素,有结构方面的因素,也有灭弧原理等方面的因素。笔者结合近年来国家电网公司及河北南网发生的一些故障,针对设备本身结构、设备选型、技术改造等方面进行一些分析和提出一些建议,供同行参考。

Abstract:There are 146 failures on 40.5 kV circuit breaker in the corporation of China in 2005.The failure rate is 0.304 units per hectounit one year which goes up fastest among all the voltage classes;it takes 21.13% among all the failures and goes up 176.3% against year 2004.There are 14 failures on 40.5 kV vacuum and SF6 circuit breaker only in southern electric power system of Hebei.There have occurred many problems on 40.5 kV circuit breaker due to factors of design,structure of CB and theory of arc extinction etc.The author analyzed the structure,lectotype and technique reform of switch apparatus and brings out some suggestions according to the failures occurred in corporation of China and southern electric power system of Hebei.
