摘    要:分析了不同真空热处理制度对4Cr5MoSiV1模具钢的室温硬度、常规力学性能、高温硬度、高温力学性能及特种性能的影响。用透射电镜、扫描电镜、光学显微镜和体视显微镜分析了该材料经不同真空热处理后的显微组织和热磨损、热疲劳的表面形貌,从而优选出合理的真空热处理工艺.经工业性生产试验表明,用优选的真主热处理工艺处理的挤压模具,综合性能好,组织均匀致密,耐磨性和热疲劳抗力高,变形小,无氧化、脱碳,模具使用寿命较常规热处理提高2~3倍以上。

Abstract:Effect of different vacuum heat-treatment on mechanical properties and specific properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1 are analyzed. Structure and surface of hot weared and fatigued4Cr5MoSiV handled through different vacuum heat-treatment are observed by SEM, TEM,optics microscope, stereomicroscope, to optimize the vacuum heat-treatment process. Commercial production showes that extrusion dies handled through the optimized Vacuumpreheat-treatment are of good comprehensive property, uniform and dense structure, highwearing resistance, high heat fatigue strenth, little deformation, no oxidation, use life of thedies is 2-3 times longer than that of common ones.
