五强溪水电站右消力池修复设计

摘    要:五强溪水电站右消力池在“96·7”洪水期间遭受严重破坏 ,产生一巨大冲坑 ,汛后对右消力池进行了修复施工 ,后又对冲坑回填的水下混凝土进行了补强处理。经 1998年多次大洪水的考验后 ,右消力池未发现异常情况。1998年 11月至 1999年 3月 ,又对水下混凝土进行了第二次补强处理 ,水下混凝土的质量进一步提高。根据冲坑回填混凝土后的三维有限元计算分析 ,右消力池修复后 ,可满足大坝稳定与应力传递要求 ,消力池底板的稳定得以保证 ,其不均匀沉陷在允许范围内 ,因此可以认为 ,右消力池修复后可满足工程安全运行要求。

Abstract:The right stilling pool of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station was greatly destroyed during the 96.7 flood period and a huge pit occurred. After flood season, it was repaired and its concrete under the water was reinforced. Experienced many floods in 1998, no abnormal situation occurred in the right stilling pool. From November 1998 to March 1999, the second reinforcement was made for the underwater concrete so that its quality is increased further. According to the calculation and analysis with the three dimensional finite element method, after repair completion, it can meet the needs of the dam stability and stresses. The stability of stilling pool floor can be ensured. The non uniform settlement of the stilling pool floor is within the allowance. Therefore it is concluded that the repair of stilling pool can meet the needs of project safe operation. This paper analyzes the causes of failure, introduces the design of repair, and puts forward the suggestions for the operation of the flood releasing structure in the future.
