摘    要:以部分高职院校教师的问卷调查的数据结果为依据,分析目前高职教师的科研素质问题。调查分析结果表明,高职教师科研兴趣整体上偏低,科研成果质量和档次不高,不少教师对科研方法掌握不够,科研处理问题的方式欠妥。因此,高职教师要增强科研意识,改进科研方法,加强学习培训,提升科研素质和水平。

Abstract:This paper analyzes teachers′ scientific qualities of higher vocational college based on the result of questionnaire surveys for some higher vocational teachers.It shows that the teachers′ scientific interest is low,the quality of scientific research is not high enough,and many teachers can′t grasp scientific methods well as well as deal with the scientific problems.Therefore,higher vocational teachers should enhance their awareness of scientific research,improve their scientific methods,and develop trainings and study so as to improve their scientific qualities and level.
