工程陶瓷切削加工技术研究

摘    要:工程陶瓷因其具有的优良特性广泛应用于诸多行业中。本文概述了工程陶瓷切削机理,分析了几何形状、刀具前角、切削刃钝圆半径等刀具参数和切削速度、进给量、切削深度、冷却润滑等加工工艺对切削过程的影响,指出高效加工是工程陶瓷切削加工技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Engineering ceramics have been extensively used in many fields for their fine characteristics.The cutting mechanism of engineering ceramics was briefly summarized.The influence of tool parameters such as knifepoint geometry,tool rake angle and blunt round radius and manufacturing parameters such as cutting speed,feed rate,cutting depth,cooling and lubrication were analyzed.It’s pointed that high-efficiency machining should be the main aspect of engineering ceramics.
