摘 要: | 应用动态摩擦仪测试了涤纶POY纤维与纤维(F/F)、纤维与陶瓷(F/C)的摩擦性能,认为纺丝油剂、纤维截面形态、单丝纤度、涤纶切片中TiO_2的含量等是影响POY动态摩擦性能的主要因素。选择合适的油剂种类、配制合理的油剂浓度,有助于制订较佳的纺丝和后加工工艺参数。

Abstract: | The friction properties of PET POY between fiber and fiber (F/F) and fiberand ceramic(F/C)were measured by means of dynamic friction tester. It is consideredthat the spinning finish, cross-sectional shape of fiber, denier of thread and thecontent of TiO_2 in the chips are the main factors which affect the dynamic frictionproperty of PET POY. Proper type and concentration of spinning finish arebeneficial to laying down appropriate process parameters for spinning and texturing. |
