| 摘 要： | 介绍了国产染料在PET废丝再生造粒中的试用情况。初步分析了着色剂在造粒和纺丝中的存在状态。以分散染料中间体为着色剂,通过K-Tron公司的T-20注色器,在PET废丝造粒过程中对PET粒子着色,并以这种粒子纺制有色纤维,得到了具有较高强力和色泽均匀及耐洗、耐磨色牢度好的PET有色纤维。

| Abstract: | The existent state of the dyestuff durin granulation and spinning is analyzed. Through T-20 dye-injector made in K-Tron Co.and using disperse dye medium asdyeing agent, dyeing PET particles during waste PET granulation and spinning thecolor particles tofiber, the PET fiber with high strength, uniform color and colorfastness to wash and wear can be obtained. |
