摘    要:结合两淮矿区某矿的实际情况,利用模拟软件,对水力压挤过程中不同注水压力进行了数值模拟。讨论了多场耦合作用下不同注水压力对煤层水力压挤效果的影响。分析模拟结果得出该矿最优注水压力为11MPa。模拟结果在现场试验中得到验证,说明模拟结果可以为水力压挤技术参数的优化提供模拟实验依据。

Abstract:Aiming at actual condition of Huainan and Huaibei Area and applying simulation software,this paper analyzed the influence of different water-injection pressures on hydrostatic extrusion effect in hydrostatic extrusion process.Results showed that optimized water-injection pressure was 11MPa,which was proved in actual test.This could provide test reference for the parameter optimization of hydrostatic extrusion technology.
