8090AlLi合金动态断裂韧度的研究

摘    要:用Hopkinson杆应力波加载装置研究了加载速率对8090AlLi合金断裂韧度的影响。结果表明,合金的断裂韧度随应力强度因子率的增加而增加。扫描电镜分析发现,准静态下的断裂为沿晶和准解理混合断口;随着应力强度因子的增加,断裂从准解理断裂过渡到准解理和显微空穴聚集的韧窝断裂的混合断口。高应力强度因子率下断裂韧度的提高与其变形机制和晶界无沉淀区(PFZ)的变化有关。

Abstract:The effect of strain rate on fracture toughness of 8090Al Li alloy has been studied by Hophinson staff.The results show that the fracture toughness of 8090Al-Li alloy increases with the increase of stress intensity factor.SEM analysis finds that the fractures are intercrystalline plus quasicleavage fractures under quasi-motionless state;with the increase of stress intensity factor,fractures change from transcrystalline quasicleavage fractures to microvoid coalescence dimple plus cleavage fractures.The increase of fracture toughness of 8090Al Li alloy under high stress intensity factor is associated with the deformation mechanism and the change of precipitation Free Zone of grain boundary.
