察尔汗盐湖资源开发利用现状及关键技术进展

摘    要:察尔汗盐湖是我国目前探明储量最大的钾镁盐矿,是我国钾肥工业的“摇篮”,62年来为保障我国的粮食安全作出了巨大贡献,目前正在建设国家新能源、新材料产业链。为了更加高效地开发利用察尔汗盐湖盐类资源,在简要回顾察尔汗盐湖资源开发历程的基础上,总结了盐湖低品位钾矿、尾矿综合利用和共伴生镁、锂资源开发的最新技术进展及产业成就,并提出了未来科技创新及产业发展的建议。

Abstract:Up to now Qarhansalt lake is the largest potassium&magnesium salt mine for its proved reserves in China.It is well known as the"cradle"of Chinese potash fertilizer industry and has made great contributions to China's food security program over the past 62 years,in which the industrial chain of new energy and new materials is under construction.For more efficient development and utilization of salt minerals in Qarhan salt lake,the development course was briefly reviewed in this paper,state-of-art technologies and industries for upgrading low-grade potassium-bearing ores,comprehensive utilization of tailings,development of potash resource associated with magnesium and lithium were summarized.Some suggestions on technological innovation and industrial development in the future were proposed.
