| Abstract: | Combined with engineering practice,the construction claims definition was illustrated,according to construction claims forming reason,the specific measures of preventing claims and treating claims were proposed,so as to resolve claims problem fairly and rationally and make contracts parts submit willingly,therefore made sure engineering construction running smoothly. |
