数控机床的经济化高精度控制

为实现低成本高精度自动化加工，提出了数控机床的经济化高精度控制方法和基于该方法的闭环驱动控制系统。由此构成的新型数控机床，其成本与普通经济型数控机床相当，但却具有高档全闭环数控机床的加工精度。数十例实际应用证明，这种新型机床在复杂精密零件加工方面具有良好效果。

Economical High Accuracy Control of NC Machine Tools

In order to implement high accuracy automatic machining at low cost an economical high accuracy control method and the closed loop control system for NC machine tools are presented.The new type of NC machine tool developed thereby has the same cost as that of the normal conventional NC machine tools,but possesses as high machining accuracy as that of high level closed loop NC machine tools.More than ten applications show that this new type of NC machine tool has very good effectiveness in machining the complex precision parts.
