| 摘 要： | 采用归一化偏差法统计技术对13家实验室直流电压技术能力验证结果进行统计分析,结果显示受控的实验室12家,接近不受控实验室1家,并提出了该实验室结果接近不受控的原因。

| Abstract: | By using statistical techniques,proficiency testing results of DC voltage with 13 laboratories are statistical analyzed.The results show that there are 12 controlled laboratories and 1 nearly uncontrolled laboratories.The nearly uncontrolled reason was analyzed. |
