| 摘 要： | 分析了零部件可靠性设计与传统设计方法的不同,介绍了机械零件强度设计的应力-强度干涉理论,给出了机械零件强度可靠度计算的一般表达式,并通过机械零件可靠度设计的工程实例分析,说明可靠性设计的可行性与实用性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the difference idea between tradition and reliability desiged is analyzed,the interfere theory of stress and strength and its reliability formula for mechanical parts are also studied,the reliablility design steps by an example are introduced.The result proves that this reliability design method is feasible and applied. |
