| Abstract: | This paper deals with the reliability design of the programmable controller(PC) used in the numerical control system(NC). On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and the demand of the reliability of rhe NC system, it puts forward the function target of the Built in Type PC in the NC system after discussing the controlling subjects and the interface signals. It presents a detailed plan and a reliable structure to improve the reliability of the programmable controller and introduces a new method of fault tolerance. |
