| 摘 要： | 企业管理千头万绪，但归根到底，人是管理之本，抓住了“以人为本”就是抓住了企业管理的纲。企业在管理工作中做到“以人为本”，是实施“两个转变”、走集约型经营之路的根本标志。文章阐述了“人本管理”的基本内涵，首先是提高人的素质，把心操到职工培训上。其次是正确处理职工与企业的关系，职工是企业的主人，企业是职工利益和命运的依托，职工当家理财是维护自身权益的基本手段，是联系职工、企业双方利益的纽带与桥梁。

Employees are masters of an enterprise, the enterprise is thc reliance of thcir interest and dcstiny. Participation in entcrprlsc's management by them is a basic means,which could kcep close ties with cach other, to maintain their rights and interests. |
