Discussion on the Burning Loss of secondary Wind Pipe of Pellet Firing Furnace

Based on the amount of investigation, measurements and technical analysis in the industrial plant, the causes of burning loss have been discussed about the secondary wind pipe of pellet firing furnace with the capacity of 2 millions t/a in AISC General Iron making Plant. As result, the approaches are put forward with prespect to the selection of refractory and the way of construction, which give a reference for the service of the secondary wind pipe.
