杂散电流干扰下变电站接地网保护研究

摘    要:为解决杂散电流干扰下的变电站接地网腐蚀问题,建立杂散电流仿真模型,分析了杂散电流分布规律,研究了杂散电流与土壤电位梯度的关系以及影响杂散电流分布的相关因素,并结合甘肃省成县330kV变电站工程实例,根据杂散电流的影响因素分析结果提出相应的接地网设计方案,使接地网腐蚀速度减缓73%,效果显著。仿真分析结果可为接地网的设计、施工提供理论依据,也可为接地网的杂散电流腐蚀防护提供相关数据。

Study of Substation Ground Grid Protection under Stray Current Interference
Abstract:To solve the corrosion problem of substation grounding grid under the interference of stray current, this paper established the stray current simulation model to analyze the distribution of stray current. And then the relationship between the stray current and potential gradient of soil and the related factors affecting the stray current distribution were studied. Combined with the example of 330 kV substation project in Chengxian County of Gansu Province, the corresponding grounding grid design scheme put forward based on the factor analysis results. The corrosion rate of grounding grid is slowed by 73%, and the effect is obvious. The simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and construction of grounding grid, and can also provide relevant data for the stray current corrosion protection of grounding grid.
