固溶处理对Mg-3Zn-xZr合金力学性能及耐腐蚀性的影响

摘    要:采用低碳钢电阻炉制备Mg-3Zn-x Zr(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)合金。研究锆含量不同时合金材料经固溶处理后的微观结构组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着锆含量从0.1%增加到0.7%,合金晶粒逐步细化,抗拉强度、屈服强度和塑性变形能力得到显著改善,耐蚀性能先升高后降低。固溶处理后,合金的晶粒虽略有长大,但力学性能得到进一步改善,耐蚀性能也得到提高。

Abstract:Mg-3Zn-xZr (x = 0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7) alloy is prepared by low carbon steel resistance furnace.The properties of the alloy,such as mechanical properties and corrosion resistance with different zirconium content and after solution treated are investigated.The results show that with the increase of the content of zirconium element,grain gradually refined, tensile strength, yield strength and plastic deformation capacity has been significantly improved, the corrosion resistance first increased and then decreased.Although the grain slightly older after solution treatment, but the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance is are further improved.
