| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车弯管的结构分析,设计了该塑料件的气体辅助注塑模具的结构。重点分析和研究了该模具的成型零件、浇注系统、气辅注射系统、侧向抽芯机构、排气系统、温度控制系统和导向定位系统。通过采用短射的气辅注射方式,有效地保证了塑料件的成型质量和注塑周期,达到了客户的要求。 |
