| 摘 要： | 在钢管行业中惠斯顿杠杆机构主要应用于钢管横移装置和钢管在线旋转切割设备，可实现无冲击、无划伤、低噪音的移动钢管和在线高速、稳定的切割钢管功能。结合惠斯顿杠杆机构在宝鸡石油钢管有限责任公司生产线中的典型应用案例，着重介绍了惠斯顿杠杆机构的组成原理，并对其结构进行了运动分析，为该机构的推广应用提供了理论依据与实践经验。

| Abstract: | In steel pipe industry, SWIDEN lever mechanism is mainly used in steel pipe transverse transport device and online rotary cutting device, which can realize steel pipe transverse transport without impact, scratch and low noise, as well as online high speed, stable cutting steel tube. In this article, combining with the typical application cases of SWIDEN lever mechanism in Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., it mainly introduced the composition principle of SWIDEN lever mechanism, and carried out motion analysis to its structure, which provided a theoretical basis and practice experience for popularization and application of this mechanism. |
