摘    要:直缝焊管生产过程中,成型后管坯的管型质量,对于扩径机修椭圆后的最终钢管椭圆度有着重要的影响。因此提高成型后管型质量,成为控制扩径后钢管椭圆度超标的关键点。针对成型后管型差的问题,从成型机设备、成型工艺、管理、材料4个方面进行合理、经济的改进,通过提高现有设备精度、优化工艺参数、加强过程控制,提高员工操作技能等措施,使管型质量得到进一步提升,从而使钢管扩径后的最终椭圆度明显改善。

Abstract:During SAWL pipe production process, the tube type quality of pipe billet after forming greatly affects the final ovality of steel pipe after expanding, so improving the tube type quality after forming becomes the key point of controlling steel pipe ovality exceeding standard after expanding. Aimed at poor tube type after forming, it conducted reasonable and economic improvement from forming machine equipment, forming process, management and material. By improving the existing equipment precision, optimizing process parameters, strengthening process control, improving staff operation skills, made tube type quality further enhance, so that the ultimate ovality was significantly improved after steel tube expanding.
