深海枝芽胞杆菌A493产生的新活性物质Z11的抗菌机理

摘    要:以一株抗菌谱窄的深海枝芽胞杆菌(Virgibacillus dokdonensis)A493为研究对象,对其产生的新的氨基糖苷类抗菌活性物质Z11抑制水稻黄单胞菌的浓度范围和抗菌作用机理进行了研究。结果表明Z11抑制水稻黄单胞菌的浓度范围为14-56μg·mL^-1;机理研究显示Z11不改变水稻黄单胞菌细胞膜的通透性,但能影响其蛋白质的合成及细胞壁合成关键酶N-乙酰葡糖胺-1-磷酸尿苷酰转移酶(GlmU)的活性。

Abstract:A deep-sea Virgibacillus dokdonensis A493, which had a narrow antibacterial spectrum, could produce a new aminoglyeoside antibacterial substance Z11. The inhibition concentration and antibacterial mech- anism of Zll against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae were investigated. The results showed that the inhibition concentration of Zll was 14-56μg·mL^-1 ,Zll didn't change the cell membrane permeability,but affected on protein synthesis and activity of the key enzyme N-acetylglucosamine-l-phosphate uridyltransferase (GlmU)for the synthesis of cell wall.
