| 摘 要： | 蜡乳液作为一种功能性助剂广泛应用于水性上光油中。研究了硬度、熔点、酸值、粒径及粒径分布不同的4种蜡乳液对水性上光油涂膜性能的影响。结果表明4种蜡乳液的加入均可改善涂膜的耐磨性，熔点、硬度较高的JW-6302-6蜡效果最明显，合理的蜡乳液用量可提高涂膜的防水性，但大粒径的蜡乳液会引起涂膜光泽度的下降。

| Abstract: | Wax emulsion is widely used in the water-based glazing oil as a functional additive.The im- pact of four kinds of wax emulsions with different hardness,acid number and particle size and size distribution on the performance of water-based glazing oil film was studied.The results indicated that addition of each wax emulsion could improve the film's wear resistance,and the effect of JW-6302-6 with higher hardness was the most obvious.The waterproof of the film could be improved by proper dosages of wax emulsio... |
