| 摘 要： | 论述了自由曲面数控加工路径规划对加工效率的影响,讨论了目前刀具轨迹算法的优缺点。针对自由曲面走刀方向数控加工的研究,建立了简化的刀具轨迹时间模型,并对路径规划的系统进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effect of the tool path programming on machining efficiency in NC machining of free-form surfaces is studied. Merits and drawbacks of actual algorithm for calculating cutter trace are discussed too. To aim at the research on cutting direction in NC machining of free-form surfaces,a simplified time model for tool trace is established, and the system of tool path programming is discussed. |
