| 摘 要： | 在分析了现有矿区环保管理工作流程的基础上，设计了以计算机网络为平台，客户服务器（C／S）与浏览器／服务器（B／S）相结合的矿区环保管理信息系统（MEMIS）；实现了矿区环保数据的网上申报、环保信息的图形显示及属性数据库与空间数据库无缝连接，为矿区环保部门管理和决策提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the environmental protection management process of the existing mining area,the environment protection management information system of the mining area combing customer/server(C/S) with browser/server(B/S) was designed.The information system was based on platform the computer network.The system realized declaration of the mineral area environmental protection data by LAN,display of the graphics of the environmental protection information and seamless connection of the attribute database and spatial database.It provided the reliable basis for management and decision-making of the environmental protection department of the mining area. |
