摘    要:随着我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育的转变,人才培养的重心发生了变化。以市场为导向,以企业需求为导向的新形势下的高校人才培养目标应该尽早确立。本文通过对多所广告公司招聘信息的统计和分析,归纳出了影响学生就业的几个因素,并提出了高校在促进学生就业时应该注意的几个问题。

Abstract:As the higher education of our country is educated to masses’ transition of education from the elite,the center of personnel training has changed.Market-oriented,the university talent’s train objective under the new situation taking enterprise’s demand as direction should be established as soon as possible.This text passes statistics and analysis to the recruitment information of advertising agency in many places,have sum up several factors that influence students to obtain employment,has proposed several questions that the university should pay attention to while promoting students to obtain employment.
