摘    要:本文首先简要介绍了昆船公司自主研制开发的基于机器视觉技术的智能烟草异物剔除系统的工作原理、关键技术与创新点,接点用试验数据分析了影响系统异物剔除率指标的主要因素,最后介绍了该系统的实际使用情况和专家鉴定情况。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle, key techniques and innovative parts of intelligent tobacco sorter based on machine vision and developed by Kunming Shipbuilding Equipments Co., Ltd were introduced briefly. Then the factors of affecting the foreign matters sorting rate were analyzed with on-the-spot experiment datum. And then the effect in practice and expert appraisal of this system were reviewed.
