地磁传感器在弹载测试系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了地磁传感器的工作原理、结构及其在弹载测试系统中的应用,针对弹载测试的特殊性,设计了一种基于薄膜线圈式地磁传感器的弹载测试系统,该系统具有误差不随时间积累、可靠性高、响应速度快等优点,简述了弹载测试系统的工作原理、系统硬件结构及薄膜线圈式地磁传感器的信号调理电路,经过实弹测试验证,该地磁式弹载测试系统能准确测量弹丸的加速度和转速的实际飞行参数。

Abstract:The working principle,structure and application of earth magnetic field sensors in bullets test system are introduced. Aimed at the specificity of bullets test, a bullets test system based on thin film coil earth magnetic field sensors is designed. The advantages of this system are that the error does not accumulate with time, high reliability and fast response, etc. The working principle and hardware structure of bullets test system and signal conditioning circuit of the thin film coil earth magnetic field sensors are briefly described. Through the cartridge testing,it validates that this earth magnetic bullets test system can accurately measure the actual flight parameters of acceleration and rotational speed.
