摘    要:为了解介质相态对反应器内等离子体的形成过程、反应速度和特性的影响,用有限元法分析了线—半筒反应器内的电场。结果表明:空气介质中水滴或金属杂质使邻域电场畸变,利于形成空气介质中的小电晕区;水滴对电场分布的影响属径向扩张性质,其切向引进低电位、低场强;小水滴比大水滴易被击穿;金属颗粒对电场分布的影响属径向压缩性质;大量水滴尤其是雾状水滴的存在,将诱发多处新增电晕区而导致整个反应器内可能有非平衡等离子体反应。

Abstract:The generating process, reacting speed and performance of the plasma can be influenced by the medium phase state in reactor. Through the finite element analysis of electric field in the reactor it is indicated that the neighboring electric field distortion may occur due to the existence of drips or metal impurities in the air reactor. The field distortion near the drip will form small corona area in the air medium. The drip has the effect to distend the electric field in radial of the reactor, and low potential, low field strength may occur in tangent. The little drip may be broken down more easily than the large one. The granular metal has the effect to compress the electric field in radial of the reactor. Lots of drips in the air reactor, especially the spray may induce many new corona areas and result in the reaction of non-thermal plasma in the whole area of the reactor.
