埋地钢质管道橡胶硫化外防腐新技术

摘    要:通过调研及专家论证,认为埋地钢质管道橡胶硫化外防腐技术可以替代现有沥青防腐,可弥补螺纹聚乙烯胶带防腐性能的不足,于是开发了该项技术。文章介绍了橡胶硫化防腐的原理、施工工艺、硫化橡胶防腐层的性能以及存在的问题。试验表明,橡胶硫化防腐层电绝缘性能优于石油沥青防腐层,特别是能够耐盐水(10%NaC1溶液)浸泡,成本低于泡沫黄夹克防腐层。现场实际应用质量可靠,符合环保要求。

Abstract:Through the investigation and consultation, it was considered that the external anticorrosion technique of rubber vulcanization could substitute the present asphalt and counteract the anticorrosive deficiency of screw polyethylene belts. Therefore the new anticorrosion technique was developed. This paper introduces the principle, constructional process, performance and existing problem of rubber vulcanization anticorrosion. The test results show that the electric insulation property of rubber vulcanizate coating is better than that of petroleum asphalt coating, in particular, rubber vulcanizate is able to endure immersing in brine (10%NaCl solution), and the cost is lower than the foam yellow jacket anticorrosion layer. The field application shows it has a reliable quality and meets the environmental protection demand.
