摘    要:在酸性条件下,利用H2O2在均相条件下对壳聚糖进行降解,通过控制反应时间、反应温度、反应物浓度等条件,制备一系列不同分子量(0.23×104~6.5×104)的水溶性壳聚糖,用FT-IR、TG-DTA对其降解产物进行表征,并对影响降解的主要因素及降解机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:A series of water soluble chitosans with different molecular weight were prepared by means of H2O2-HAc system in acidic condition through controlling reaction time,temperature and concentration of reactants,etc.The viscosity of these chitosans was measured,meanwhile,the degradation products were characterised by FT-IR,TG-DTA.The affective factors on degradation and the degradation mechanism were also discussed.
