摘    要:介绍了鞍钢第二炼钢180t复吹转炉应用铁矾土替代萤石造渣工艺可行,对钢水脱P]、脱S]影响甚微。每吨钢成本下降3.43元,转炉污水中F^-质量分数下降95%程度。

Abstract:This paper introduced the process of slag-forming by using laterite as a substitute for fluorite in top-bottom combined blowing converters in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Anshan Iron & Steel Corp. The results showed that this process had hardly influence on desulphurization and dephosphurization. The cost per ton of steel was reduced by ~3.43 Yuan and the fluorine ion content in the waste water from the converters was decreased by ~95 % in the process.
