| 摘 要： | 在介绍了高阻隔PET瓶的特点和常用生产工艺的基础上,详细论述了高阻隔PET瓶在成型过程中的常见质量缺陷产生的原因,并针对不同缺陷的成因提出了防范的措施.分析表明,实际生产中要提高产品质量需要加强成型工艺条件的控制,必要时要改变材料配方.

| Abstract: | The characteristic and common production process of high-gas-barrier PET bottle was introduced. The quality defects of the high-gas-barrier bottles were analyzed respectively. The results showed that the processing parameters are the vital factors of the quality of high-gas-barrier bottle; only in some special circumstance the components of high-gas-barrier bottle should be changed. |
