摘    要:介绍了某站10 kV备自投拒动的案例。对CSB-21备自投四个动作序列进行分析,说明了10 kV两段母线为同一电源端时,备自投动作不成功的原因。采用第三、四动作序列把无压闭锁改为有压启动,这种特殊的一次接线可有效地避免备自投拒动事故,进一步提高了供电可靠性。

Abstract:A case about non-operation of automatic bus transfer in a 10kV substation is introduced in this paper.By analyzing four action sequences of the CSB-21 automatic bus transfer equipment,causes of the non-operation of automatic bus transfer is explained when two 10kV buses share a same source.The special primary connection that changing non-voltage block to the voltage-startup in the third and the fourth action sequences can avoid effectively the accidents about non-operation of automatic bus transfer,which improves ulteriorly the reliability of the power supply.
