摘    要:以高铝粉煤灰熟料经预脱硅—碱石灰烧结、溶出、二次脱硅后溶液为原料,通过晶种分解后生产拟薄水铝石产品,考察了种分条件对拟薄水铝石产品的影响,并对其进行表征。结果表明,种分法制备的拟薄水铝石产品孔容可达到0.829 1cm3/g,BET比表面积高达393.00m2/g,达到并优于普通大孔拟薄水铝石的理化指标,从而可实现高铝粉煤灰中铝资源的高附加值利用。

Abstract:Pseudo-boehmite product was prepared from high-alumina fly ash clinker by pre-desilicication, sintering with soda lime, dissolution, deep desilication and seed decomposition. Effect of parameters of seed decomposition on pseudo-boehmite was investigated. Pseudo-boehmite was characterized. The results show that pore volume and specific surface area of prepared pseudo-boehmite product can reach 0.829 1 cm3/g and 393.00 m2/g respectively, which are superior to those of macroporous pseudo-boehmite sample. Value-added utilization of high-alumina fly ash is achieved.
